A small studio with an engineering habit
SHTAB means “headquarters” in Russian: the room where the map is on the table and the lamp is on. We bring that room to small businesses that run on chats and spreadsheets.
How we think
We started in 2026 with one question: why does a four-branch school run on paper when a form takes three minutes to build? Since then we've shipped a ticketing platform with Stripe, a CRM that answers marketplace buyers, a school system and a native app on two platforms. All of it runs without us.
Our code is public where the client allows it: github.com/SHTAB-development.
-
Order is the product
We don't sell features. We sell a state where leads don't get lost, money is counted and the schedule lives in one place.
-
A working slice before the decision
Slide decks promise. A working slice of the system on your data shows. We build the second one first.
-
Honest about what not to automate
Half of the processes we see are better left alone. We say so in the first conversation, for free.
-
Runs without us
The goal of every project is a system the owner runs alone. Support is a choice, not a dependency.
-
Craft in the invisible details
Spacing, motion, the way a button answers a press. People don't notice them one by one. They notice the sum.
